School Curriculum |
What We Provide |
gToddlerh Approximately 2 to 3 years
The goal of a good program for toddlers is to help them develop into individuals who can sustain themselves, feel good about themselves, and grow up to be productive members of society. Toddler gcurriculumh starts from the very beginning, with good teachers and a gdevelopmentally appropriate program - one that provides safe, challenging, and meaningful materials for childrenfs learning. They learn best when they feel secure; through play, exploration, and observation; and at their own pace. AIEC will provide the most appropriate learning environment to achieve those goals.
gPreschool & Pre-KinderhApproximately 3 to 5 years
We're proud of our diverse environments for our children. The preschool classroom focuses on the educational aspects in preparing the student for world. We emphasize the esafety of the nest for babies' to those first tentative steps of exploring past the nest for older children. Our surroundings are designed to open the child's mind to the world that await. Our school philosophy is glearning through hands on.hOur classes and activities are age-appropriate. The Creative Curriculum, lesson-planning system is completed by our staff of teachers, with the experience from the USA and combined with the Japanese Youchien (kindergarten) style that makes child's learning process stimulating and safe. Parents receive monthly curriculum calendars.
gKindergarten / 1st & 2nd GradehApproximately 5 to 8 years
These are the school age years, where their formal schooling will begin. They will learn the necessary skills needed to continue the rest of their formal schooling. Here they will learn reading/writing and math. Students will be grouped depending on their levels. AIEC can provide a well rounded education to meet the US Educational Standards.
gPreschool Enrichment Programh

Field Trips (Preschool & Afternoon)

Field trips are an excellent way of enriching and expanding the childrenfs school experiences. While the children will take frequent walks around the neighborhood, field trips are an important part of the program for the children as well. To make our field trips possible, we need the cooperation of parents. Volunteering to help out with the classrooms to and from our field trips is an important function. Most of our field trips are arranged at no cost to parents. You will be notified in advance of any field-trip fees.
