Welcome to our home page, and thank you for your interest. AIEC stands for: "Association for International Early Childhood" education. We offer a U.S. program based on the Creative Curriculum and while preparing your child for kindergarten. Surrounded in a friendly community, where dozen of nationalities can build a lasting impression to meet the child’s individual needs.
Presently, there are citizens from every corner of the globe living in Japan.With many growing economic bases in the Tama area, and people from so many cultures/purposes moving to Japan, plus all the available diversity, one would wonder why more wasn't done for the good of the children.
Unfortunately, today's society wasn't formed for children. The staff at AIEC would like to reach out and extend our hand to today's youth, regardless of their ethnic backgrounds, race, or nationality.
Time passes quickly for the adult population, but it is those precious moments in early childhood, that builds the foundations of their entire lives. AIEC not only provides early childhood nurturing for education, but also the first steps as global communicators and world leaders through an alternate, multi-culture experience. Many students and families have already moved to different parts of America, Germany, Korea, England, Spain, and throughout all regions of Japan.

Our small classes and family-like atmosphere make it possible for teachers to quickly understand the strengths and needs of individual students, and for the children to study and interact with their peers as well as those of other ages. What our children have learned here, they take back with them to their home country or on to other international schools. The academic, emotional, and social skills they have learned serve them well, and are able to demonstrate consistent success in their new schools.

Our Mission

Our primary objective is to focus on early child development and concentrate on cultivating and nurturing young minds. As a result we have helped set personal goals for the children and stand behind them in support on achieving them.

	Teachers lead by example. Instill in them that there should be no prejudice, boundaries, nor obstacles blocking a child's future.
	Nurture children so that they will posses a sharing heart and compassionate gratitude toward others.
	Provide each child the chance to experience multi-culture.
	Educate the children with competent teachers who teach from the heart and use the most up to date teaching methods with high morals and standards.
	Incorporate fun into each lesson so that the child develops everlasting memories.
